Before ordering please be aware of the following:

• This is our Shopify platform so it is NOT a timed checkout. Your items are NOT reserved while you attempt to checkout.
• Limit TWO bottles per person. ***If you exceed the limit we will refund ALL of your orders.***
• Bottles are ONLY available for brewery pickup and NOT available for shipping. The "SHIPPING METHOD" section is where you will select your pickup location.
  
• At checkout you must select TORRANCE, ANAHEIM, or ECHO PARK for your brewery pickup location. Depending on your browser or checkout screen under the "shipping method," it might show up as a drop down view option. And by order, for this sale TORRANCE is the first listed option
• You MUST pick up at the selected location. We will NOT accept any pickup location requests. 
• You must be 21 years and older to order.
• No proxies allowed. You must pick up your own order. Name on ID must match the name on the order.
• Pickups begin this Saturday June 13th. The last day for pickup is Sunday August 2, 2026. You must pick up at only the brewery location you chose during checkout. If you are not able to pick up within this time frame please do not order.
• For pickup bring in a valid matching ID to the name on the order and your order number.
• Any orders not picked up by Sunday August 2, 2026 will be forfeited.
• No refunds/exchanges.
• All sales final.

SAY SURRENDER (2025)
Single Batch of Imperial Stout aged in Weller 12-year Wheated Bourbon Barrels for 77 months = roughly 6.5 years! With having a wide variety of barrels we often can blend different barrels together to achieve a finished beer. But with these special 12-year Weller barrels that we received back in April of 2019, we hoped to allow a single batch of imperial stout to age in these lovely set of barrels, hoping they all would eventually turn out amazing. Over the years we found these barrels to show a steady maturity that allowed the very long barrel aging to transform the imperial stout into more of the wheated bourbon spirit that once lived in the barrels. We believe the whole batch did. We racked out the whole set of barrels and packaged as is. A very rich, mature imperial stout with a very complex oaky barrel character and charm.
Bottled late 2025 in hand-waxed 500ml bottles. 16.0% ABV. And after months of bottle maturation, the beer is ready to be shared with you…
