Before ordering please be aware of the following:

• This is our Shopify platform so it is NOT a timed checkout. Your items are NOT reserved while you attempt to checkout.
• Limit per person is TWO bottles ***If you exceed the limits we will refund ALL of your orders.***
  
• Bottles are ONLY available for brewery pickup and NOT available for shipping. The "SHIPPING METHOD" section is where you will select your pickup location.
  
• At checkout you must select TORRANCE or ANAHEIM for your brewery pickup location. Depending on your browser or checkout screen under the "shipping method," it might show up as a drop down view option. And by order Torrance is the first option.
• You MUST pick up at the selected location, UNLESS you have made arrangements with shop@monkishbrewing.com
• You must be 21 years and older to order.
• No proxies allowed. You must pick up your own order. Name on ID must match the name on the order.
• Pickups are available from Friday 8/23/2024 through Sunday 9/29/2024 at only the brewery location you chose during checkout. If you are not able to pick up within this time frame please do not order.
• For pickup bring in a valid matching ID to the name on the order and your order number.
• Any orders not picked up by SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2024 will be forfeited.
• No refunds/exchanges.
• All sales final.

FOREVER NOI

Collaboration with The Veil Brewing and Trillium Brewing
Imperial Stout aged in Rum barrels for 22 months and conditioned on vanilla beans and coffee 15% ABV

A summer-vibey-ish-barrel-aged-stout with friends The Veil and Trillium. The third beer by our trio daydreaming of summer lounging (previously JAPOOLZI Triple IPA and NOI SPRINGS Riwaka hoppy lager).

An imperial stout aged in Caribbean rum barrels for 22 months and conditioned on Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans and lightly steeped on Mexican coffee from @blanchards coffee. 15% ABV Not a summer-time crusher ;)

We also couldn’t decide between the three label art options so we decided to print all three.

500ml bottles. $37/bottle (plus sales tax). Limit is TWO bottles per person.
